Why we built Rally

Creator programs are how the fastest-growing companies grow now. Running one still means spreadsheets, DMs, invoices and never enough content. We built Rally so one person can run a program that used to take a team: AI agents do the busywork, and AI creators make the content.

What we kept seeing

The same problems, in every program we looked at

  1. 01

    Programs ran on spreadsheets

Briefs in docs, deliverables in DMs, views in screenshots, and payouts in a sheet someone rebuilt every month. The work grew with every creator added.

  2. 02

    Content never kept up

Ads need new creative every week. Creators post a few times a month, and every hook worth testing meant another brief, another wait and another invoice.

  3. 03

    One viral post, then nothing

A post took off and there was no way to make more like it. By the time a new brief went out, the trend that carried it had moved on.

  4. 04

Paying creators was its own job

Tax forms, currencies, invoices and back-and-forth about what was owed. Creators waited to get paid, and the best ones moved on.

  5. 05

Nobody could say what a post earned

Views lived on one platform, signups in another, revenue in Stripe. Without attribution, budget followed the loudest posts, not the ones that sold.

  6. 06

    The busywork never stopped

Chasing late posts, answering the same questions, checking every video against the brief. Someone had to do it, every day, for every creator.

Content that never runs out

Rally's AI content factory turns a brief into a finished UGC video ad: hooks scored on what's trending, a script, voice-over, shots and an edit. An AI creator from the library makes it, with the same face and voice every time, or your own creators work from the same brief.

The best programs already work this way

The people running them said it before we did.

  • “You're not building a contractor list - you're building a community.”
    Tanay Kothari
    Co-founder and CEO, Wispr Flow
  • “Start small. 10 people who are deeply engaged and motivated to build a community together with you versus 100 people who are less engaged makes a world of difference.”
    Ben Lang
    Early community lead, Notion
  • “You want to be able to have them tell your story, but in their voice.”
    Grant Lee
    Co-founder and CEO, Gamma
  • “I am very passionate about enabling creators to have more time to dedicate to their creative passions through systems.”
